Refund policy

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of delivery. You can do this by logging into your account at www.japanrockarchive.com/account, opening your order, and submitting a return or cancellation request.

Once your withdrawal request is accepted, you must return the item within 14 days. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. We recommend returning items in the same stiff plastic holder they were originally shipped in to prevent damage in transit.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@japanrockarchive.com. Once we have agreed to replace your item, please send your item to: Japan Rock Archive, 167-0032, Suginami ku, Amanuma, 3-14-15, Tokyo Japan

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged items to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
